Two nights of bourbon fuelled cooking and re-fashioned Old Fashioneds with Woodford Reserve.
Set in a railway arch in Hoxton, the Old Fashioned Supper Club treated diners to a selection of dishes and cocktails inspired by our friends across the pond. DDC chefs took the spirit of Woodford’s home-place Kentucky and its prominence on Manhattan’s thriving bar scene, to create a four-course menu that included the smooth and balanced bourbon. From Woodford, Orange & Beetroot Cured Salmon, to Woodford Glazed Kentucky-Style Short Ribs, each dish brought the multiple flavours of Woodford Reserve to life.
Drinks on the night were a selection of re-fashioned Old Fashioneds from fellow Woodford Reserve fans Rich Woods of Duck & Waffle, Joshua Reynolds of Hawksmoor and Dorian Meillan of Discount Suit Company. Served in beautiful crystal glasses to reflect the bygone era of cocktail glamour, diners had the opportunity to match each course to these exciting takes on the classic cocktail. The Old Fashioned Supper Club / April 17th & 18thSomewhere in Hoxton7pm / £45
