Stretching out over the beautiful South Downs in Sussex, Nova is a unique music, arts, theatrical and food newcomer to the UK festival circuit. We’ll be opening our Dining Room, Canteen & Cooking School on Thursday night at 7pm, serving food each morning from 9am until around 2am throughout the festival.

Dining Room
Open for lunch and dinner from 12 noon until 11pm and open for bookings from 7pm on Thursday, the Dining Room will be serving British small plates for groups of friends to share. We think our Dining Room menu is perfect for a British festival; healthy, hearty, restorative and made of great local ingredients. Food is served on long dining tables for our guests to share with other festival goers, with a full wine, beer and cider list including our favourite local brews. Take a seat and let our waiting staff look after you.

Canteen
If the Dining Room is full or you want to eat your food whilst lying in the grass, then our canteen kiosk will be open for breakfast from 9am until around 2am every night. There’ll be plenty of tables and chairs for you, with limited drinks available over the counter.

Cooking School
Each morning at 10am we’ll be starting the day with our Supper Club Cooking Schools, with guests from our favourite London Supper Clubs giving demonstrations and talks about why they do what they do.
