Brewers Project Suppers
Grade II listed and built in 1729, Town House in Spitalfields was the perfect location to launch two new heritage Porters for Guinness.
We sourced two modern, London based beer connoisseurs to host two of the rooms, matching technical beer tastings and the story of Guinness as a home of innovative brewing, with the first tastes of the West Indian and Dublin Porters given to both press and consumers.
Food & drink inspired by 'the black stuff', included Black Velvet cocktails, potted meats & seafood served on Guinness Bread, Venison, Vegetable & Dublin Porter Stew, Guinness Rarebit & Smoked Haddock, West Indies Porter Steamed Shellfish, and Guinness & Salted Caramel Ice Cream, all served in different rooms of Town House.
We hosted seven dinners in total, tickets were £25 and sold out within a week of us putting them on sale.
